How to Signup for Google Adsense

Google Adsense is completely free to sign up for but in order for your website to be accepted it needs to meet the following criteria.

*Your domain name must be active for at least 6 months before you apply.
This means you have to have your domain name bought and registered for at least 6 months.

*Your website must be your own top level domain.
Example: 

www.yourdomaindotcom not wwwdomain/yoursitecom
This means if you are using free hosting or signed up for a free blog, then your site will not be approved since you are using some else's domain.

*When registering for Google Adsense your information must match the information you used when registering for your domain name.

*Your website must have a large amount of original content.
This is to weed out websites that have nothing but images and promotions for their content. 

If your websites meets all the above criteria then you can go to Google Adsense to signup and get started.

Once you have been accepted into the Google Adsense program all you have to do to start making money is follow the few steps they give you to choose your ad layout, and then copy the code that is given to you and past it into the pages of your website.

Note: if you are using a website builder like Website Tonight then you will need to add a script box to your pages where you want the ads to appear, then past the code into those script boxes.
